“I joined Camp Sweat a couple of months after having my son. I had gained 65 lbs. and was ready for a change. I was tired of my clothes not fitting. I was tired of how I looked in pictures with my husband and our new son. And frankly, I was just tired.
In one year, I lost almost 40 lbs. and I owe most of that to Jessica and her amazing classes. I have to admit, the first class was tough, and so was the second and third. But I pushed through, with encouragement from Jessica and others in the class. I am stronger, I have more energy and stamina, and my butt looks better than it did the day I got married!! My husband and I attend Jessica's boot camp classes twice a week. We're addicted and we hate to miss. Jessica's instruction is a perfect balance of "boot camp" and positive reinforcement and encouragement. She explains the workouts thoroughly and walks around to each person to make sure they're doing the exercises correctly. We never have the same workout. She's always changing things up: adding cardio, focusing on different muscles, and pushing us to higher levels.

"I have participated in Camp Sweat since the summer of 2010. It is an excellent work-out experience. It is designed as a full body work-out that enhances cardio, agility, hand-eye coordination. As an active beach volleyball player, Camp Sweat gives me the confidence on the court that I need to win. It is a competitive group environment that encourages you to finish every task.
As a work out junkie, I have participated in multiple "group fitness" classes throughout the city. Camp Sweat is by far the most professional, punctual and motivating.
