Healthy Granola Bars

1 cup almond or natural peanut butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

4 cups gluten free crisp rice cereal

2/3 cups flax seed

½-1 cup chocholate chips

8 packs truvia

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup sugar free syrup


1/3 cup melted coconut oil

¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions

In a pan put truvia sweetner, almond butter, honey and coconut oil. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves for approximately 1-2mins.

In a large bowl combine all other ingredients together and mix well.

Pour the mixture in the pan over ingredients in the bowl and stir until well combined.

Let sit for 5-8minutes.

Grab a large cookie sheet and place parchment paper on and trace around the outside. Place it on the inside of the cookie sheet and make sure it fits perfectly on the inside the cookie sheet. This will help keep the granola bars together later.

Pour your granola mixture on the cookie sheet and spread out evenly.

Allow to cool. Then cut into bars. You can refrigerate or leave in a container room temperature.
